Psalm 67

O God, I don’t deserve your kindness but please bless me. I will be happy and prosperous only if you remain accessible. Let it be known you are present with me so others will acknowledge you and come to worship you.

All the peoples of the earth are invited to be glad and sing for joy since, at the crucifixion, you torn down the temple veil separating us from your presence. You are worthy of our praise as you rule in justice and righteousness.

Material blessings are not essential but as you pour them out on your loved ones may the rest of the world take notice. Draw them to fear your wrath against sin and recognize their need of rescue.
